Responsible for the end-to-end mapping of the overall operations process flow of the venue using a range of operational excellence methodologies
Identify, establish, formulate, trial and improve on the the overall operations practicality to ensure smooth operations for customers/end user
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure process is of high quality in a customer experience journey
Benchmark with existing similar venue operations to ensure end results is of high quality
Collaboration with stakeholders to establish operational best practices (for each department) and guidebook to ensure methodologies and processes are best catered to end customer
Ensure all processes are identified and documented to drive modeling and simulations for respective team to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement

skills & experiences required.

Degree holder in business or related discipline
Minimum 10 years experience in consulting related to strategic operations project in a customer facing sector
In-house experience is also a bonus
Experience in managing complex projects with collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
Practical expertise and qualifications on operational excellence methodologies and project management such as Six Sigma certification, Scrum, Lean Management, Total Quality Management, Continous Improvement.
Strong project management, communications and forward thinking
Result-driven, critical thinker and detail minded
Experience with business process modelling and analysis tools
Ability to communciate and write fluently in English and Chinese
Less experienced candidates will be considered as Associate Director
